Programme

The Conducting Masterclass with Ragnar Rasmussen offered an extraordinary educational and pedagogical experience focusing on conducting techniques, rehearsal methodology, and interpretation. Participants also had the opportunity to work with renowned Italian conductor Lorenzo Donati throughout the week. The Conducting Masterclass took place from 22-27 April 2023, and there were public sessions in which Symposium participants could also attend.

The Composition Masterclass with Ko Matsushita offered participants the opportunity to work on composition technique, building harmonies, and transforming scores from creative musical ideas to a performance.
